January  1952

Yoshio Nataami, the present Chairman of NINOMIYA, assumed full management authority over NINOMIYA INDUSTRIES. The company functions as a cooperating plant with the Hitach Corporation Kameari Plant and commences the manufacture of construction machinery and cabs.

October 1959

The Samugawa Branch Plant was established to increase production capacity in response to increasing market demand for the companyfs products.

August 1960

NINOMIYA commences the construction (phase I) of a new plant in the Naganuma area Chiba as a result of the upcoming trend toward larger cargo handling equipment and mining machines.

May 1961

Capital increased to 3 million yen.

January 1962

The company reorganizes its light alloy (mainly aluminum) processing department to meet prevailing market needs. The company also upgrades and commissions its Samugawa Branch Plant to function as a cooperating plant with the Kobe Steel Corporation specializing in light alloys.
July 1962 The Naganuma Plant is extended (Phase II).
June 1963 The company wins the Superior Company Award at the National Efficiency Meeting in recognition of its efforts to modernize corporate management.

April 1964

The Naganuma Plant is extended (Phase III).

November 1964

Establishment of the Chigusa Plant in Chigusa, Chiba City to meet the need for mass production of construction machinery, cabs and parts.
January 1965 The Samugawa ceases to function as a special light alloy manufacturing unit and is converted to a materials yard.
September 1965 New town-planning measures necessitate the cessation of the former Samugawa Plant. Instead, a new modern light alloy production plant is built within the Chigusa factory compound.
August 1968 Capital increased to 12 million yen

April 1971

Award of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agencyfs designation as a model plant for rationalization.
December 1971 Capital increased to 24 million yen.
December 1972 Award of designation as a Certified Vocational Training Company by the Governor of the Prefecture.

June 1973

Signing of a technical tie-up agreement for multilevel car parking system with Klaus GmbH.
November 1973 The company becomes a member of the Multilevel Parking System Manufacturersf Association.
February 1974 Certification of PARKACE as a Special Parking System by the Minister of Construction.
July 1975 Registration of patent on Special Car Parking System.
October 1975 Construction of a new second plant inside the Mooka factory compound, Tochigi Prefecture.
December 1975 Approval and registration as a general construction firm by the Governor of Chiba Prefecture.
July 1976 Registration of the trade name PARKACE
August 1978 Registration of utility model for the companyfs special parking system.
January 1981 The Chigusa Plant is extended to boost production and streamline operation.
April 1982 Establishment of the Osaka Sales Office.
January 1983 Installation of a new shot blasting line at the Naganuma Plant.
November 1985 Establishment if the companyfs Tokyo Head Office in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
April 1986 Establishment of a new paint coating plant within the Chigusa Plant compound.
March 1989 Capital increased to 132 million yen.
April 1989 Capital increased to 169.375 million yen.
June 1989 Toshio Nataami is appointed (the present) President.
March 1990 Capital increased to 482.496 million yen
April 1990 Award of designation as a Model Plant for Rationalization by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency Director.
June 1991 Capital increased to 541.895 million yen.
July 1995 The companyfs HYO-ON Incubator was approved by the HYO-ON Association.
December 1995 Establishment of the Chonan Plant, in Chonan-machi, Chosei-gun, Chiba Prefecture. The new plant was put into operation for the exclusive production of multilevel car park systems.
January 1997 The joint venture company Hefei Inc. is established in Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. The new plant was put into operation for the exclusive manufacture of the main parts of construction machines in China.
July 1998 ISO 9001 (International Quality Assurance Standards Series) certification was acquired and registered company-wide and for all departments.
August 2003 The Chinese subsidiary Hefei Inc. was accredited as an Advanced-Technology Foreign-Capital Company.
February 2004 The Chonan Plant is extended.
April 2006 The Chonan Plant is extended.
October 2007 ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) Certification was Acquired and Registered at the Chigusa Plant.
March 2008 The Chonan Plant is extended.
